Pinnacle Surgical is a specialist medical device company best known for introducing the da Vinci surgical robot to South Africa. Da Vinci Surgery was introduced to South Africa in 2013 and managed by Pinnacle until March 2021. The company then diversified into a range of minimally invasive-focused products, with its head office in Irene, Pretoria.

The Pinnacle Surgical management and shareholder team have collective experience in excess of 50 years. This half century of expertise encompasses most surgical specialties which includes Urology, General, Gynaecology, Cardiothoracic, Orthopaedic and Neurosurgery.
